Board Roles and Relationships—Managing for Performance

This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to provide Directors with a clear understanding of the distinct roles and responsibilities of both the board and management and emphasises the importance of collaboration between the board and management to achieve the organisation’s mission and strategic goals. It also provides examples of common challenges that can arise in the board-management relationship and strategies for building productive partnerships between the Board and management.
