This workshop will focus on the role of the Educational Leader in education and care services including exploring leadership models and leaders as change agents, how to know the people you are working with and how to use personality typing and character strengths to support the educational leaders role with links to legislation (National Quality Framework – Regulations, National Quality Standards, Learning framework) and support resources and materials (e.g.- e-learning videos)
