Paola is celebrating 10 yesterdays of masterclasses and retreats this year! 2025 begins with Roll & Release, the first ever masterclass creation. This masterclass has certainly evolved with the science, study and knowledge Paola has embodied and 'embrained' since the first one back in 2015. Do join and treat yourself as we begin the new year.

This masterclass has been designed with functional movement, hydration of fascia and fascial glide in mind using massage balls and intentional movement sequences. Enjoy the multifaceted ways to move and massage your body with an intelligently designed class to maximise relaxation while still maintaining your inner stability.

Improve alignment, create ease of movement and limberness. Small props are utilised to stimulate and rehydrate your muscles and fascia. You’ll feel like you’ve have a massage by the time you leave! Don't we all need that?

This class has another very important affect - calming down your nervous system and promoting ease of breath. Did you know that the majority of the western population doesn't breathe properly? It's an extreme statement as we are all breathing but with the world we live in (sitting, pollution, skull changes, mouthing breathing as apposed to nose breathing, etc), we have to take the time to create more breath expansion by deliberately targeting the diaphragm as our day to day lifestyle can disrupt it's innate capacity. Regain this natural ability and learn techniques to magnify this ability.
