“Rolling the Wheel – Leadership Development as Momentum for Civic Engagement”
Explore what’s possible when a critical mass of people in one state speak the same language about leadership on adaptive challenges. Since 2007, Kansas Leadership Center has equipped more than 20,000 people (in a population of less than 3 million) with leadership skills grounded in the Adaptive Leadership framework. Now, Kansans with a range of political beliefs and backgrounds stand ready to work across factions to improve quality of life for themselves and others.
