Roo-Rugby Winter Camp

Roo-Rugby is holding a two-day holiday rugby camp for boys and girls in Years 3 to 7 (under 9s to under 13s). 

Our aim is to provide an active holiday environment with an appropriate balance between rugby-specific skill development, fitness, games and fun. Participants will receive age-appropriate coaching in all aspects of the game from qualified rugby coaches and teachers. 

Who: Boys and girls from Year 3 - Year 7

When: Monday 30th June and Tuesday 1st July 2025

Time: 9:00AM - 3:00PM. Drop off is from 8:30am and pick-up until 3:30pm.  

Cost: 1 DAY - $90 | 2 DAYS - $150.

Team up and save! Get a Team of Four package (2-Day Ticket for 4 people) for $400

Where: Old Boys Oval - Newington College Stanmore. 

What to bring: Rugby gear (including boots and mouthguard), water bottle, morning tea and packed lunch. A warm change of clothes is advised to wear during recess and lunch breaks.

Roo-Rugby is owned and run by PDHPE teacher and senior rugby coach Ruairidh 'Ru' Wilson. Ru is a Level 3 accredited coach with experience playing with and against some of Australia's best players. Inspired by the Wallaby teams of the 80's and 90's, Ru is passionate about coaching fast, running rugby with an emphasis on creativity and fun!
