Rooftop Bliss Festival

Celebrate the joy of life, movement, good food and great company at our upcoming Rooftop Bliss Festival, brought to you by My Asana Yoga Studio and Shaffa Restaurant.

Throughout the day we’re offering rooftop sessions of yoga, music, ceremony, and delicious food inspired by the vibrant markets of Tel Aviv. 

MORNING YOGA & BRUNCH

10:00 – 11:15 am: Flow Vinyasa Yoga Class with Maria $30

11:30 – 1:30 pm: Brunch Feast (set menu) $70

AFTERNOON YOGA & DINNER

4:00 – 5:15 pm: Flow Yoga with Lou and live DJ $30

5:15 – 6:30 pm: Yin Yoga and Sound Healing with Maria and Marco $30

6:45 - 8 pm: Cacao ceremony With Frido & Sound Medicine With Marco $20

 6:30 OR 8 pm: Dinner Feast (set menu) $70

* Please bring your own yoga mat and equipment for classes

* Rooftop sessions may be rescheduled in case of poor weather conditions
