Full Moon (Super Moon!) Rooftop Breathwork & Cacao in Bondi

Craving connection with like-minded people? How about a deeper connection to yourself? Do you love a good sunset? Love looking up at the beautiful starlit sky under the full moon? Then this event is for YOU!

Join me for a rejuvenating breathwork session on the rooftop at 79 Gould Street, Bondi Beach. Connect with your breath, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to unwind and recharge while enjoying the beautiful views. We'll start the session with warm yummy cacao as the sun sets over Bondi and finish with community connection under the full moon. This session is open to all levels.

What to bring:

Yoga Mat (we do not have extras!)
Water Bottle
Blanket (optional- to keep warm)
Journal (optional- this is a great time to reflect!)

Agenda for the event:

Introduction to Breathwork from Victoria, Master Breathwork Instructor: To make sure you feel completely comfortable, Victoria will provide an introduction to Breathwork: what it is, the science behind how and why it works, how it can benefit you, and what to expect during the session.
Ceremonial Cacao & Intention Setting: We'll start with a warm yummy ceremonial cacao to help you open your heart and connect to yourself. We'll set our intentions for the session as the sun sets over beautiful Bondi.
Breakthrough Breathwork Session: This is where the magic happens! A transformative Breathwork session guided by Master Breathwork Instructor, Victoria Maurer to music. This session will create a safe space for you to release emotional and physical tension and leave you feeling relaxed, regulated, and deeply connected to your True Self.
Learn Practical Breathing Tools: Learn simple, effective breathwork techniques that you can take with you to improve performance, reduce the risk of burnout, and create a sense of calm in your everyday life.
Integration & Connection: We’ll finish the session by coming together for a wholesome chat under the full moon to reflect on and integrate the experience together.

If you have any medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before joining. Breathwork can be mentally and physically stimulating. Contraindications include pregnancy, high blood pressure, severe mental health conditions, or other medical concerns. The event is not suitable for people under 18. Please review the linked medical waiver and questionnaire before attending this event. (Once you book your ticket, this waiver will be sent to you via email prior to the event for your review and you will be asked to sign it on the day of the event)
