Come and join us on Flowst8 rooftop on the next full moon. The evening will consist of welcoming in to the space, yogic breath work at sunset, vinyasa/yin flow, intention and release journalling a sharing circle and a cacao meditation. Limited spots available

My name is Lotti Davies and I will be guiding us through the evening, I am a qualified Yoga teacher and UK certified in Naturopathic Nutrition, with my interest in all things mystical I find yoga and cacao a beautiful combination to enhance the power of a full moon in the company of others. I intend this evening to be wholesome, nourishing for the soul and uplifting as we move into a new cycle.

Please bring: a blanket, your favourite mug, a pen and paper and your water bottle. You are welcome to bring crystals and cards to add to the alter.

Please arrive promptly for 5.30pm and you will be brought up to the rooftop via the lift. Parking is available about a three minute walk from the studio.
