ROOKE Circus
Event description
Come and try Circus! Try your hand at juggling, tumbling, hula hooping and group acrobatics with artists from ROOKE. This workshop is for young people aged 8-12 with interests in moving their bodies and being creative. Accompanying adults are welcome to stay and watch. Places are strictly limited, please book early!
ROOKE is a contemporary circus company based in Launceston, with its five founding members combining over 120 years of professional experience with most of the world's leading contemporary circus companies, including Circa Contemporary Circus, Gravity and Other Myths, Cirque Eloize, The 7 Fingers, Cirque du Soleil and Circus Oz.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
