Rookie Off Site - Creative Commons

Creative Commons is our open forum - creating a space for discussion, reflection and development on topics such as creative industry issues and economy, career and work sustainability, collaboration and possibility, alongside broader social issues affecting our lives and practice. Each session will propose a starting point for the event, framing an organic, constructive and thoughtful gathering of minds and ideas.

For our first Creative Commons session we’ll be delving into your thoughts and experiences of working in the creative industry. We will start by posing the questions: What does it mean to be a creative today? What does your practice look like?

Please note this is an 18+ event any under 18's can attend with participating adults only.

WE WANT TO SUPPORT YOUR PRACTICE!

Rookie Off Site is here to present a series of events to enliven, engage and support your creative process and practice.

We are about the process not the product.

Come gather, discuss, support and share - work, life and hospitality through our unique series of meet ups designed by us for you!

Rookie Off Site is a series of events was authored and designed for creative practitioners by practicing artists and art workers Jac Hartje and Annelise Henderson. If you are interested in supporting or hosting these events, please reach out - we will be touring this series and may be coming to a location near you soon!

Rookie Artists Inc. is a not for profit, volunteer-run organisation.
