Ground into the wisdom of the Earth as you journey through Root & Rise, an immersive gong meditation experience inspired by the stabilizing energies of the earth element. This evening is designed to help you reconnect with your foundation—both physically and energetically—while cultivating the strength and resilience needed to rise with clarity and purpose.

Anchored by the deep, resonant tones of planetary gongs and complemented by earthy sonic textures, this sound journey will guide you into a state of inner stillness and grounded awareness. As the vibrations ripple through the body, tension melts away, the nervous system resets, and a sense of rooted presence begins to awaken from within.

Whether you're seeking balance, renewal, or simply a deeper connection to yourself, this experience invites you to release what no longer serves and draw strength from the steady rhythms of nature. Let the Earth hold you, and from that place of grounded peace—rise.

We are limiting the capacity to 16 guests.

The studio does provide yoga mats, seat cushions, blankets, and pillows for you to utilize to create a comfortable space. However, if you wish to bring your own personal items, you are welcome to do so.

Entry is $65

CBD can be added onto your experience to deepen your meditation journey for an additional $10.

We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings  for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
