Is there group registration?

Yes, there is! All students must be individually registered in order to participate in the course and receive a Certificate of Training. When registering multiple attendees, the name and email address for each student registered under the group registration must be provided during the registration process.

Simply select the number of tickets you are purchasing and click the "Continue" button. On the next page fill out your information as the buyer. In the next section there will be a form for each attendee's ticket (Ticket 1 [name, email], Ticket 2 [name, email], etc.) Enter each participant's details in the form and place your order.

How do I access the course?

Once you complete your registration you will receive an email from Zoom containing the link and instructions on how to access the meeting. So keep an eye on your inbox!

What's the Refund Policy?

a) If a student cancels their registration;

- up to eight weeks prior to the start of the course, a 90% refund will be issued.
- between four weeks and two weeks prior to the start of the course, a 50% refund will be issued.
- within two weeks or less from the start of the course, a 25% refund will be issued.

b) A refund will not be issued for "No Shows".

c) If FSQC Training Center cancels the course, a 100% refund will be issued.

d) Refunds will typically be issued through electronic transfer of funds back to the registered account in about 5 business days. In some circumstances, refunds may be issued by check via mail. Refunds by check may take up to two weeks.
