Beginning with the first New Moon of 2027 through to July, Root to Rise is a seven session guided wellness journey through the chakra system, created to support reflection, connection, balance and intentional growth.

Each session focuses on one chakra *Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown * and weaves together gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, guided reflection and journaling in a welcoming, supportive environment.

What makes Root to Rise special is its focus on moving gently and intentionally. This is not about becoming someone new. It is about creating space to reconnect with yourself, explore what is present, strengthen what supports you and move forward with greater awareness.

No previous yoga, meditation or chakra experience is required. Each session is designed to be approachable, reflective and adaptable.
