Rooted Exploration: Vinyasa Flow

This inclusive all-levels class is intended to codify the mind-body

connection and allow for intuitive exploration! This space encourages you to listen to your body,

tap into your breath, find what feels good and honor where you are each time you visit the mat.

Allow yourself the opportunity to explore your inner world, lean into play and have fun!

Logistics: Sliding scale donation of $15-$25 | Bi-weekly on Monday nights at 6pm. 1st & 3rd Monday of each month.

Personal Bio: Kirt (they/them) is an energetic ball of light who loves connecting with others! Born and raised in Florida, they are the only child of Caribbean immigrants, a mental health graduate student, a Reiki Master/practitioner, tarot reader, natal astrologer and intuitive. They were first introduced to yoga in 2018 through their Philosophy professor who combined asana, spirituality and philosophy into the practice which was a perfect blend for Kirt to quickly adopt. This led to their eventual completion of a 200hr YTT with Urban Sanctuary in 2023 in Denver, Colorado and the need to create a space in the yoga community where ALL bodies are welcomed. Kirt combines their mental health studies with their yoga practice to create a trauma-informed space

that allows for introspection, ancestral connection, self/co regulation, and the permission to show up as you are.
