Rooted in Nature: Yoga at Viles

Take a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in the beauty of nature.

Led by Dr. Jill Jyoti Satnam, this outdoor yoga class offers a peaceful opportunity to move, stretch, and practice mindfulness surrounded by the trees and natural beauty of Viles Arboretum. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, all experience levels are welcome.

Classes will take place outdoors in our Trees in Urban Spaces area. Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need to feel comfortable during the class.
