Rooted Wild Woman PDX

This is a brave and sacred space for women and femmes longing to embody their wildish nature, where we weave compassion, courage, and self-responsibility whilst remaining rooted in our pleasure and power.

And is for you if you identify as a woman*, femme, or were socialised as a woman and want to experience more passion, creativity, courage, empowerment, and pleasure in your life!

Perhaps you are tending a broken heart, or your inner fire has gone out due to the chaos and grief in the world, or the humdrum of daily life, or you've lost yourself in relationship, or you simply want a space to connect unapologetically and authentically to YOU!

Join our circle weaving embodiment, pleasure, breathwork, art, movement, and connection through stories and poetry. 

This is a space for full bodied expression, you are enough, just as you wish to show up.

This mini series is inspired by the untamed spirit of the pacific northwest landscapes, and the timeless wisdom of Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ book: Women who Run with the Wolves. This is a taster for a deeper series, immersion & retreat coming later in 2024 and 2025.

*If you identify as a woman, you are welcome here, if you were born another gender, you are welcome here, if you want to reconnect to your Wild Woman archetype and identify as non-binary, femme, or gender non-conforming, you are welcome here. The language I will use in this circle will be woman, women, femmes, people who bleed, mothers, parents, grandparents, grandmothers, please be mindful of your capacity to be in spaces that are women & femme centred. I will support you to the best of my ability.

Your facilitator

Emerald May (she/her) is a queer, international embodied sex, intimacy & breathwork coach. Working mostly with women and couples. She guides folks to embody their transformative pleasure, so they can co-create a sex life worth wanting. You can read more about her work here.

I will provide some art materials, coconut oil, some hand mirrors & spare eye masks.

Please bring:

• yoga mat
• blanket
• eye mask
• journal & pen
• water
• small towel
• hand mirror if you have one

This is a 21+ event. This event contains clothing optional, non-genital, guided self-touch, conscious connected breathwork, art, embodiment, connection in community through story and poetry, is sex positive and welcomes pleasure.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is not suitable for everyone, please ensure you have signed the digital waiver prior to joining.

Cost

For each circle I am offering a sliding scale $66-$44. To determine how much you should pay, please have a read of this.

As with all my work, if you identify as a single mom/parent or BIPOC, you can access my 20% discount. Email me for details.

Please be mindful that if you purchase a price at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher ticket prices, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility.
