Somatic Dance and Live DJ Set to Welcome Spring at Sandfly Hall✨

Join us for a Sunday morning of embodied exploration as we honour the seasonal shift into winter—slowing down, going inward, and warming our bones through free movement and community connection.

This workshop begins with a guided somatic practice led by Gayle, inviting deep nervous system regulation and reconnection with self.

From there, we open into expansive, self-guided dance accompanied by a live DJ set from Adrielle—blending healing intention with the joy and aliveness of conscious movement.
