If so, I’m here to give you the tools to expand your dance vocabulary, so you can feel confident in knowing exactly what move is coming next. This class is about building trust in your own movement, allowing you to flow freely without hesitation, and stepping into your dance with power and grace.

Growing up with dance circles (cyphers) and Afrobeat clubs in Melbourne, I remember a time when the dance floor wasn’t just a crowd facing the DJ. It was a circle, a shared space where people could feel seen, supported, and inspired. That’s what I want to bring back – a safe and inclusive community where we connect through movement, embodying the rhythms of our ancestors.
