What might we discover when we make space for the stories that came before us? Join us for a gentle, reflective evening exploring ancestral connection and the spiritual practice of soul retrieval.

Together, we’ll explore ways to honour our ancestors, reflect on inherited patterns and connect with the strengths and wisdom we wish to carry forward. We’ll introduce soul retrieval as a spiritual practice of welcoming back aspects of ourselves that may feel distant, forgotten or disconnected.

During this hands-on workshop, you’ll be invited into a guided journey using meditation, imagination and symbolic ritual to explore ancestral connection or reconnect with a neglected part of yourself. You’ll also plan an ancestral offering or altar, creating a meaningful foundation for your own practice.

You’re welcome to participate at your own pace, keep your reflections private and choose what feels comfortable to explore. No prior experience or detailed knowledge of your family history is needed.
