What stories unfold when you close your eyes? Join us for a cosy, curious and magical evening exploring the world of dreams, from dream interpretation and symbolism to lucid dreaming and spiritual guidance.
Together, we’ll explore the ancient art of dream interpretation and how dreams have been used for divination, prophecy, and personal insight. We’ll reflect on the symbols, emotions, and recurring themes that appear in our dreams, making space for your own meanings and experiences.
During the session, you’ll begin a dream journal and practise simple techniques to support dream recall and explore lucid dreaming, the experience of becoming aware that you’re dreaming while still asleep. Whether your dreams are vivid adventures or elusive fragments, this welcoming workshop offers a place to begin.
Bring your curiosity, share a meal, and discover what your dreaming world might hold. No prior experience needed!
