During the breathwork practice, we'll enter an ecstatic trance state, travelling through spiritual realms with the intention of reconnecting with your true self. You must complete the pre-screening waiver to ensure there are no contraindications for you to participate.

WHAT TO EXPECT

On arrival, please make your way into FLOWST8 studio’s reception area. After presenting your ticket you will be invited to place your belongings in the space provided in the studio. If you are early, please feel free to get comfortable in the waiting area.

Please then find a spot - yoga mats and bolsters are provided and set up for you.
We will begin with introduction to the facilitators, the intentions of the event and prepare you for your breathwork journey.
We will guide you through the breathwork journey.
After you you will have time to integrate.
Post journey, we welcome you to stay to tune into yourself and journal what may have come up for you during the experience.
As optional extra you could stay and use FLOWST8 sauna and ice bath facilities.

Elise Pieters - Inspire Potential

Elise is the founder of the most known French breathwork school: Academy Inspire, training breathwork coaches in France. She is a yoga teacher trained in traditional and modern schools, she is a Wim Hof instructor and breathwork coach.

She has been facilitating retreats, workshops and online classes in Europe, Sri Lanka and Australia for 8 years with more than 8,500 participants joining. Elise is passionate about sharing her own transformative journey thanks to breathwork, yoga and cold exposure.

Marko Kuna - Flowst8

Breathwork has changed/saved his life and is very passionate now to help and change others, one breath at a time. Certified in The Wim Hof method, Oxygen advantage and others, have provided him the tools to help and guide others on the daily. He brings a strong energy but calm at the same time making you feel safe and comfortable, giving you the opportunity to get the most and best out of every session.

Daniela Hajkova - Beyond Breath Lab

Daniela is a certified breathwork instructor and the founder of Beyond Breath Lab. Daniela embarked on her transformative breathwork journey five years ago. At a time when she felt a profound sense of something missing in her life, Daniela realised she was yearning to reconnect with her true essence and soul. Through breathwork, she discovered a path to inner peace and wholeness. Now, she is deeply passionate about guiding others on this journey of self-discovery and healing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I bring?

Blankets, yoga mats and bolsters are provided, however you are welcome to bring your ownWater bottle (although tea will be provided)An open mind and heart and journal (if you wish to write down your intentions or about your experience)

What should I wear?

Something comfortable you can relax in. The room will be heated

What time should I arrive?

3:50pm so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 4:00-4:05pm and doors will be shut.

Who can attend?

All are welcome, no prior experience required.

ARE THERE ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BREATHWORK SESSIONS?

DISCLAIMER: Breathwork offers many potential benefits, but certain conditions may create risks for some individuals. It is essential to read all questions in Beyond Breath Lab Waiver above carefully before deciding if Breathwork is right for you, and let your health practitioner know about any concerns before participating. There are some contraindications including but not limited to pregnancy, glaucoma, high blood pressure not controlled with medication, cardiovascular disease, aneurysm in the brain or abdomen, uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes, asthma (if you have an inhaler, bring it to the session), epilepsy, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia diagnosis or previous psychiatric hospitalisation within the last ten years; other medical or physical conditions that impair the ability to engage in intense physical/emotional release.

A positive answer does not necessarily exclude you from participating but may require medical clearance first. So, reviewing all questions in the waiver carefully and indicating any relevant personal situations before engaging in Breathwork activities is essential.

CAN I ATTEND A BREATHWORK SESSION IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OLD?

Yes, you can attend a breathwork session if you are under 18 years old, but only with the supervision of an adult. This ensures that the breathwork session is conducted in a safe and secure environment for everyone involved.

In addition to safety considerations, breathwork sessions are likely to be more appropriate for those aged 18 and above. This is because adolescents may not have the emotional maturity or life experience needed to understand or benefit from such a technique.
