Rope flow = Play that rebuilds you

As a life-improvement junkie & group fitness coach for nearly a decade, I can tell you that rope flow is a self-improvement super tool!

It gets your mind grooving, your body moving & BOTH IMPROVING. (Don't skip brain day)

Built into the practice are life-changing rotational movement training principles. Learning them is like receiving lost pages from the human body's user manual.

It is one of the most nutritious ways to move, taking the strength you already have and turning it into SMART STRENGTH.

Benefits of exercise aside, it quietly upgrades the way you walk, run, train, breathe and coordinate every day.

With a HUGE carryover, it shows up in all your other movement.

This is one of my favourite things to talk about & teach, & I can't wait to share with you my lessons from 4 years of going deep with this practice & recieving elite level mentorship along the way.

Workshop includes:

High-level coaching in rotational movement principles built on spinal engine theory
Printed take-home document
Access to Flowcabulary App to track your practice, take notes, and keep progressing at home.

Ropes will be available to borrow or buy at the workshop.
