Rory Lowe is an award-winning Australian stand-up comedian, writer, and online creator whose fearless storytelling and manic stage presence have made him one of the most talked-about acts in contemporary comedy.

Lowe's new show explores the struggles of planning a wedding, becoming a husband whilst still trying to maintain the party life. A Raw unfiltered look into the mind of "a new man."

Known for his viral sketches on YeahMad and Aussie Peppa Pig, as well as sold-out live tours across Australia and Asia, Rory has built a reputation for blending raw honesty with absurd, high-energy humor.

His comedy is irreverent, energetic, and unapologetically honest — a mix of relatable life experiences and larger-than-life storytelling.

iD Comedy / Stand Up Sydney has been igniting laughter across the city for over eight years, cementing itself as one of the most dynamic and resilient forces in Australia’s live comedy scene. Founded with a comedian-first mentality, we’ve built a platform that champions both top-tier professional talent and the next generation of rising stars.

Through the highs and lows, including the COVID-19 pandemic, Stand Up Sydney stood tall—supporting local comedians, keeping laughter alive, and helping sustain Sydney’s hospitality industry when it needed it most.
From packed-out club nights to spontaneous pop-up shows, we’ve brought stages to life in bars, theatres, rooftops, and basements all over the city.

Our shows feature the best comedians in Australia and around the world, while also serving as a springboard for fresh, up-and-coming talent looking to break through. We’re not just running shows—we’re building a community where comics grow, connect, and thrive.

Whether you're a fan, a venue, or a performer, Stand Up Sydney is comedy done right: independent, innovative, and always putting the artists first.
