Local songwriter Rosa Good is back at it again after a wonderful sell-out show in the last Uncovered season.

Rosa is proud to share her debut solo EP release.
Don't Disturb the Birds is a collection of recent songs depicting a real shift in perspective and growing; emotional realisations, healthier attitude towards relationships of all kinds, and the importance of communicating and of holding a strong community.

After a very wholesome tour in Scotland and UK, the talented songwriter will be celebrating the release with a one-off NZ show in Queenstown before heading off to Canada for a wee while.

If anything embodies Rosa's attitude to writing, it is this discovery:

Rosa brings an enchanting blend of mesmerising vocals and uplifting guitar. Her folky, soulful, and heartfelt songs have honest and raw lyrics, and hooks that will have you singing along.

Hailing from Scotland and now calling Queenstown home, her performance has influences intertwined from both countries. Drawing inspiration from a plethora of genres, anything from blues to grunge; from Nirvana to Billie Holiday to Frank Zappa and The Beatles. After playing in bands from age 14 and solo ventures over the last 10 years, Rosa has cultivated a captivating stage performance.

An incredible musician, well known for his beautiful performances at weddings and events, also takes his hand to songwriting; creating uplifting and relatable songs, with intricate folky guitar.
