Rose n' Thorne - Danny & Karen Holmes live at Unity Hall

Rose n'' Thorne, the stellar Florida based duo featuring Danny and Karen Holmes, does its only Central NY concert this spring at Unity Hall! The multi-talented singer/songwriter and his outstanding female vocalist wife, Karen join us for another command performance on the Hall's Main Stage on Saturday, May 18th at 8pm. 

Come enjoy an evening of spot-on harmonies accompanied by intricate, expressive and energetic acoustic guitar, piano, percussion and harmonica.  Karen has opened for artists like Shania Twain and Benny Mardones.  The duo’s covers of Linda Ronstadt, Joni Mitchell and both Nora and Rickie Lee Jones feature Karen’s amazing voice, while Danny brings his great talent to songs by The Beatles, Neil Young, James Taylor and Eric Clapton.  Their eclectic music selections range from Talking Heads, Dave Mason and Bonnie Raitt, to Elvis, Amy Winehouse, and the Little River Band. "

Danny has toured throughout the country performing at colleges and clubs and opened shows for artists including Melissa Manchester, Livingston Taylor, Al Jarreau and Eric Burden.   After a stint in Nashville, Danny and Karen moved to Florida where they took a “short” 15-year hiatus from the music biz.  In 2016, they began performing again and since then have been in high demand from Florida’s The Villages to Ft. Myers, from Bradenton to Winter Haven.  This is an act you won’t want to miss!

70 advance sale tickets will be available online through Humanitix. Tickets will remain available locally at Adirondack Cheese Company on Rt. 12 in Barneveld until 5pm on Friday, May 17th unless they sell-out.  Tickets for this concert will not be available at the door.
