Event description

The Darlings are celebrating Christmas at The Apprentice TAFE restaurant. Only limited tickets available, so get in quick!

Entree

  • Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, basil leaves and prosciutto crisps
    • Spiced coconut and seafood broth with rice noodles and fried tofu puffs

      Main

      • Marinated pork loin with potato puree, apple and grain mustard jus
        • Corn-fed chicken breast with galette of potato, taleggio and confit garlic

          Dessert

          • Chocolate pave with chocolate soil and raspberry sorbet
            • Cheese plate with cheddar, brie, quince, grapes, honey, lavosh and seed crackers
