Nikki is the co-founder and Programs & Social Impact Manager at Meals with Impact, a work-integrated social enterprise based in Melbourne’s CBD. She is a seasoned community development specialist who has worked extensively with CALD communities in the Inner North West of Melbourne, and she has a passion for connecting people through creative, co-designed projects that have community wellbeing at the heart of design and delivery. Spanning roles with local government, community-based centres for education, and mental health organisations, Nikki has enjoyed diverse work experiences that informed the development of Meals with Impact in 2021.With a focus on the empowerment of CALD women through work, and food as the universal language and connector, Meals with Impact is a passion project that inspires her everyday.
