Highlighting important Mental Health initiatives at this meeting which falls adjacent to Lift the Lid on Mental Heatlh Day we feature David Fox Founder Guitars for Veterans Australia (G4V).

G4V is a not for profit organisation dedicated to providing support to veterans. 

Their Mission is to provide veterans with lessons, guitars, a forum and an environment to learn how to play guitar. Providing assistance to those who served to discover the comforting power of music.

You can help Australian Rotary Health’s to Lift the Lid on Mental Illness by renting a hat at the Hat Day event during Mental Health Month in October. 100% of the money raised during this year’s Hat Day campaign goes directly to research helping the one in five Australians affected by depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and many other illnesses.
