Sherri is the CEO of Launch Housing in 2025, and has more than 30 years of experience in the housing, homelessness, and justice sectors.

Throughout her career across both government and community services, Sherri has driven innovation and challenged the status quo. Prior to joining Launch, she served as Executive Director of Homelessness and Housing Support at the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.

Sherri’s leadership is underpinned by a depth of frontline experience, having begun her career as a youth homelessness support worker in Melbourne’s western suburbs, before working in street outreach, intake and assessment, case management and community development.
