Australia's Energy Future – Beyond Electrification
Drawing on decades of experience in energy strategy, major investment decisions, the energy transition and large-scale research, David will provide a broad overview of Australia's evolving energy landscape. While much of today's discussion centres on renewable electricity and electrification, David will explore the equally important role of fuels, gases and energy molecules—including hydrogen and biomethane—in delivering a reliable, affordable and lower-emissions energy future. His presentation will offer valuable insights into the challenges, opportunities and strategic decisions shaping Australia's energy transition.
