Join the Roving Restorers for our final Koala CARER visit to Jan & Terry’s property in Witta, adjacent to the Neil Holloway Reserve.

Over the course of this project, we’ve tackled invasive Lantana and Privet, and planted a massive 750 native trees to expand and strengthen this important area of core koala habitat.

Now it’s time to head back in and care for what we’ve created. On this visit, we’ll be maintaining our previous primary works and tending to the revegetation to give our new plantings the best chance of establishing and supporting successful regeneration.

Come along to lend a hand, learn practical bush regeneration skills, and help us give this important koala habitat the best possible start for the future.

Please meet at the back of the Maleny IGA Carpark at 7.30am for an 8am start on site.

All ages are welcome, no experience required, and all tools will be provided. Long-sleeved shirt, trousers, closed-in shoes and hat are essential (Work Place Health and Safety Regulations). Please do not attend if you have any cold or flu symptoms.
