Roving Restorers - Towen Mountain

Join the Roving Restorers on Friday, March 14th, at Jennifer’s beautiful property in Towen Mountain! Nestled in core koala habitat, this property plays a vital role in connecting habitat for wildlife from the coast to hinterland. We’ll be working together to remove woody weeds and exotic grasses, helping to protect this special environment. No experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to get involved. All ages are welcome, no experience required, and all tools will be provided, as well as a tasty morning tea with friends.
Please note that the site features moderately steep slopes and uneven terrain. Hiking poles are recommended for those who may need extra support due to unstable footing.

Please meet at the back of the Maleny IGA Carpark at 7.30am for an 8.00am start on site. Long-sleeved shirt, trousers, closed-in shoes and hat are essential (Work Place Health and Safety Regulations). Please do not attend if you have any cold or flu symptoms.
