Get ready to move, sweat, and connect at Row & Flow – a one-of-a-kind hybrid fitness experience hosted by RMIT students. This unique event blends the energy of a gym circuit with the rhythm of rowing, creating a dynamic session designed for all fitness levels.

The event kicks off with a short information session, introducing you to the sport of rowing, its health benefits, and essential techniques led by certified instructors. Then, dive into a 90-minute fitness class where participants rotate between:

Rowing machine session guided by experienced coaches for a full-body cardio workout.
Strength and conditioning circuits led by the student project team, targeting key muscle groups and boosting overall performance.
