Rowdy Gowdy Women's Mountain Bike Skills Camp 2024

Event description

Two day mountain bike skills camp at Curt Gowdy State Park for women (only), ages 21 and older, June 8th - 9th, 2024 (early check in on June 7). Beginner, intermediate, and intermediate/advanced mountain bikers are welcome and encouraged to participate. If you are not sure of your skill level, please contact us (see email below). Skill and fitness levels will be evaluated to help develop appropriate rider sessions. Mechanic education session will be presented on Sunday.

Ride sessions will be on the IMBA Epic trails at Curt Gowdy State Park. Participants will be camping at Camp Jack on Saturday evening June 8th and are welcome to camp Friday, June 7th if possible. Participants will need to bring their own camping gear. Camping at Camp Jack is included in registration. Those wanting to camp within Curt Gowdy State Park campgrounds will need to reserve sites separately. Furthermore, a Wyoming State Parks Pass is required for each vehicle and is not included in the registration.

We will provide lunch and dinner on Saturday, June 8th and breakfast and lunch on June 7th. Snacks and meals outside these times will be on your own. Please bring your own cup, plate, bowl, and utensils to cut down on waste!

We will also have a massage therapist onsite for 15-30 minute sessions -- bring cash, check or card!

All profits of this camp goes towards supporting the youth camps--more girls on bikes!

NOTE: due to the costs required to run a successful event, no refunds will be made within 30 days of camp.
