The RSL Queensland Veteran and Family Wellbeing Centre invites you to join us for a Wood Carving Workshop. Veterans, current serving Defence members, and their partners and children over 16 are welcome.
Join Black Wattle Woodshop for a hands-on wood carving workshop where creativity meets mindfulness! You will have the opportunity to carve your own unique piece, choosing from a wooden spoon, a comforting bird, a small bowl, or a charming animal. Guided by experienced artisans, Catie and Steve, you’ll learn to use traditional hand tools, developing new skills while immersing yourself in the calming art of woodworking.
This workshop is perfect for all skill levels and encourages a deep connection to your craft, making it an enriching experience for both your hands and mind. Reserve your spot today and discover the joy of carving!
