Calling all songwriters, producers and music creatives in GEELONG and the SURF COAST,

RSOM is excited to present their first REGIONAL VICTORIAN Networking Night in no other than the thriving town of Geelong!

If you are a songwriter looking to GROW your opportunities, meet future COLLABORATORS as well as UPSKILL your knowledge of how you can build a SUSTAINABLE songwriting career, then the RSOM is your GATEWAY to growth!

The RSOM Networking Nights have brought hundreds of songwriters together as they have allowed a safe space for songwriters, producers and creatives of all ages, genres, genders, backgrounds and experience levels to build their contact list, meet potential collaborators as well as seek expert advice from Australia's leading music industry experts.

Premiering at Geelong's infamous Eureka Hotel, we welcome everybody to join us at this highly anticipated event.

Joining us on the Industry Panel are Christina and Anthony Agostino, founders of artist and label service agency, Cartel Australia.

Cartel are deeply committed to nurturing the growth of artists by adeptly guiding them through the intricacies of the digital landscape. Since their inception in 2015, Cartel has globally assisted artists in connecting their creativity to niche audiences. Notable collaborations include working with artists like Peggy Gou, contributing to her platinum status in Australia, and partnering with luminaries such as Lenny Kravitz, Megan Thee Stallion, Calvin Harris, Rema, Masked Wolf, Tash Sultana, Luude, Shouse, Armin Van Buuren, among others. Their diverse portfolio extends to collaborations with esteemed companies like Festival X, Download Festival, Live Nation Australia, Hardware Group, Onelove Music Group, Vogue Australia, BG Group Australia, Piknic Electronik, PURE, Remote Control Records, XL Recordings, and more.

Together with RSOM Founder, Jena Marino, they will talk to songwriters about how they can ensure that they are set up and prepared for success in 2024 including expectations around release success and touring.

The Real Songwriters of Melbourne is an independent organisation that exists to support, celebrate and educate emerging artists. Established in 2014 by entrepreneur, artist mentor and communications executive, Jena Marino, RSOM has facilitated the development of hundreds of songwriters of all ages, genres, genders, backgrounds and experience levels across Melbourne, Regional Victoria, interstate and overseas through their variety of events and programs.

General Admission tickets include a cocktail dinner. A live stream will be available for songwriters who wish to join us from the comfort of their own home.

PARKING: Free public parking is available in a short walk from the venue on Little Malop St and surrounding streets. Paid multilevel carparking is available.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Eureka Hotel is a short walk from Geelong Station. For those travelling from Melbourne, a V/Line service is available to Geelong from Southern Cross Station.
