RSW DINNER PARTY with PARLEY 2023

Since day one of Rising Sun Workshop we have stuck to our guns serving exclusively Australian wines made with little to no additions. Not only have we enjoyed drinking these wines but we have loved building relationships with some of the best winemakers located in our own backyard

We are thrilled to be welcoming Sarah Feehan of the fierce trio of winemakers that make Parley wines 

From a conversation around a friend's dinner table, Parley was formed for the love of collaboration. Meeting organically during vintage and each with various backgrounds in wine and hospitality, Mel, Joss & Sarah of Parley are masters of balance between intelligent input, natural expression and artful delivery.

Borrowing the facilities of Gentle Folk, Borachio and Commune of Buttons alike, they completed their first vintage in 2020 with fruit sourced primarily from Fiona Woods of McLaren Vale’s Top Range vineyard. The crew have since moved from their humble winery shed/clubhouse in Forest Range to some finer digs.

Limited by nature and with playfully stimulating labels designed by Joss, their 2022 release sees the return of the very delicious Capitaine Chardonnay & Love Supreme Rosé.

With the 22' release in tow, Sarah will be here to talk all things wine as our chefs deliver carefully matched courses to perfectly complement each wine.
