As a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, Elena’s goal is to support teachers to be proactive in looking after themselves so that they are ready to meet the day to day challenges of going into different schools as a relief teacher. To be truly resilient it isn’t enough to constantly ‘bounce back’, instead we need to have a self care plan so that we are mentally and physically prepared for the uncertainties we face today.

In this session you will learn how to

- What can you do about it

Learn tips and activities to lift your mood and stay well
Improve your focus
Learn simple activities for you and your students to destress
Find out how to tune into your classes to create rapport
