PROGRAM:

🏃‍♂️ RUGBY CLINICS:
🔹 10:00am: Check in and register at the WFWP Marquee
🔹 10:30am: Kids Clinic for primary aged children
🔹 11:00am: Teenage Clinic for secondary aged children

🏃‍♂️ CHARITY WALK:
- 11am: Check in and registration
- 11:30am: Walk starts
🔹 Short: 3km, suitable for children. Duration-40min

🎉 FESTIVAL Overview:
🔹 Rugby Clinic for Kids & Teens: 10:00-11:30am 
🔹 Charity Walk: 11:00am-12:30pm
🔹 Stalls Open: 12:00pm
🔹 Opening Ceremony: 1:00pm
🔹 Cultural Performances: 2:00-5:30pm
🔹 Live Band: playing throughout the day & from 5:30-7:30pm

• No alcohol, drugs, or Kava allowed during the Festival or on the park premises.

• All abilities playground for children right next to the festival area.

• Toilet with disabled access and baby change facilities.

• No Dogs.

• Optional: bring your own picnic blanket or chair to enjoy the entertainment.
