Staff will be available to assist with directions on the day. Accessible bathrooms are available on the ground floor of Old Arts, opposite the Public Lecture Theatre.
Accessible parking
The closest parking is at the University's Royal Parade Car Park, located between Genetics Lane and Medical Road (beneath Kenneth Myer Building). Limited street parking is also available.
Venue information
The Public Lecture Theatre (PLT) utilises a hearing aid loop. It is also wheelchair accessible: enter Old Arts via the North Entrance automatic doors and proceed towards the end of the hallway to turn right; ramp access is via the south-east theatre entrance. Accessible bathrooms are available opposite PLT. The lecture will then have refreshments in Arts Hall. The Arts Hall is wheelchair accessible: enter Old Arts via the North Entrance automatic doors, turn right and proceed to the West hallway, then proceed left along the West hallway; use the lift to access level two. Lift dimensions are 88cm by 140cm with a door opening of 86cm.
