Run La Trobe is La Trobe Sport's annual community movement event, designed to champion physical and mental wellbeing and foster connection across the entire La Trobe community.
The event features professionally timed 5km and 10km runs alongside an inclusive 5km walk and a newly created 1km kids run. Born from a desire to remove financial and cultural barriers to mass participation running, Run La Trobe delivers a high-quality race experience at the lowest possible cost, inviting more people to experience the power of movement for both physical and mental wellbeing.
