Join us for a community run event designed to celebrate movement, connection, and being uniquely YOU. Hosted by The Yard Gym Kingston in collaboration with Tasmanian athleisure brand Rum’un Sportswear, this 5km beachside run is more than just fitness—it’s about fun, freedom, and local flavour.

What to expect:

A scenic 5km there-and-back track along beautiful Kingston Beach
Free sauna + shower experience to recover after the run at Sweaty Penguins
Lucky door prizes from incredible local businesses
A Rum’un gift voucher + The Yard Gym membership up for grabs
A warm, welcoming space to move at your pace and meet amazing local women
Optional post-run cool-down and connection back at the beach

Whether you’re training for the City to Casino or simply craving a feel-good morning with like-minded women—we’d love for you to join us.

Who can join?
All local women are welcome. Members, non-members, friends, sisters, mums, neighbours—bring your crew or come solo and meet someone new.

What to wear:
Come dressed in Rum’un, The Yard Gym merch, or your fave activewear. A final pop-up will be available if you want to grab gear beforehand.
