Runic Chanting and Sounding

Using the Runes as a framework for healing and transformation. 

In this workshop you will be introduced to the sounds and energies of a few selected Runes. These runes will be woven together creating a sound of power.

You will be participating in exercises that combine mind, body, voice and spirit with the intention of clearing blockages and promoting health and wholeness.
