    Running Fundamentals Workshop

    Event description

    Join us for a practical workshop discussing the fundamentals of running! 

    We will meet outside Pace Athletic Rozelle at 4pm before jogging down to the Bay for the first component of the workshop. 

    We will spend the first hour outdoors going through practical drills, running technique tips and strength training exercises. This will be followed by an indoor theory component back at Pace, where we will be discussing the science and art of improving your performance, skills, confidence and mindset! 

    This workshop is open to anyone, we will be covering the most fundamental information when it comes to recreational running. If you are keen to learn more about running then come and join us! We will have amazing prizes and giveaways to be announced soon!
