Running neuro-affirming events in Nature

Join this two-part workshop led by Andy Ryan from ‘Irregular Training’. Part 1 will explore the concept of neurodivergence, including common communication styles and preferences, common workplace barriers and practical solutions that recognise and celebrate the unique strengths and skills neurodivergent individuals bring. Part 2 will be an opportunity to workshop how we can apply this learning to our own nature related work.

‘Irregular Training’ has been able to fully subsidise this session for participants, but due to funding constraints it is limited to groups and organisations based or working in South Gloucestershire.

• The venue has a designated accessible toilet

• There is step-free access to the venue which is all on one level

• We have a portable hearing loop.

• Parking is available within 50 metres of the main entrance, or an alternative step-free entrance if applicable, with designated accessible parking bays / area.
