October is Mental Health Month and we all have a chance to Tune In to things we can do as individuals for our own, and others’ mental health.

Being present by tuning in has been shown to help build self-awareness, help make effective choices, reduce the impact of worry, and build positive connections.

We would love to catch up with everyone again over zoom for Mental Health Month!

We usually run these events in the City of Sydney's Community Centres and hope to again next year.

It's been a hard year and this will be a good opportunity to tune in with each other.

Come along for a fun, relaxed informal game of trivia.

We will have 3 rounds of 10 questions.

Bring your cuppa tea, paper and a pencil, plus wear a fabulous hat if you can.
