Come and enjoy a light walk, fresh air, and good company as we facilitate some genuine conversations and connections while stepping up for mental health.

There will be no need for awkward silences, as we've designed a set of convo cards with questions that go beyond the typical "Not Too Bad" answer.

Our walk will commence from Straight Lines and end in Memorial Park, where you can enjoy a light lunch and coffee catered by the friendly team at Maxx & Co.  🌞💬🥪
