Join us for a session on using technology in a way that supports your well-being. We'll cover how to perform a digital cleanse of your social media, including managing your followers, controlling algorithms, and curating your feed to reflect your interests and values. Learn strategies to limit screen time, reduce screen fatigue, and maintain a healthy balance with your digital devices.
