RURAL WOMEN'S GATHERING 2026

As part of the Rural Women's Gathering in Narrabri, Georgie, the owner and founder of Quest Pilates Studio will be guiding you through a session of Pilates & Wellness in her beautiful new Wee Waa Studio!

Take some time to slow down, move and reset. We will begin with gentle stretches and guided breathing to connect to our bodies and settle in. Georgie will then guide us through a Reformer Pilates class, finishing with some more stretches and breaths to wind down after the class.

After Pilates you'll be able to enjoy some time in our Infrared Sauna for a relax and recover! There will be a selection of light lunch nibbles and drinks while we enjoy the beautiful space and company with friends!
