🧘 Mindful Lunch – Wellbeing Week 🧘

It’s Wellbeing Week at RUSU! Come along for a Mindful Lunch designed to give you a chance to pause, reset and learn a simple mindfulness technique you can use to feel grounded during the busy and stressful assessment period.

Plus, enjoy a FREE catered lunch! 🥗

⏰ Time: 11:30am–12:30pm
📍 Where: RUSU Meeting Room, Building 57, Level 4, Room 37 – Carlton Campus

The mindfulness activity will start at 11:30am sharp, so please arrive by 11:15am to check in, grab your lunch and get settled.

Tickets are free, but registration is required so we know how much food to order.
